More Tips

Here are some important points when joining the session:

  • Please try to join 5min before the start of class to ensure you mat is set up properly and in frame

  • Place laptop/ipad/phone on the floor

  • Place the front edge of your mat approximately 4ft from your device

  • Tilt the screen or your device up at an angle so that the front of your mat is lined up with the bottom edge of your image as displayed on Zoom and your entire mat is visible in the frame

  • Pin your instructor: Toggle between gallery view and speaker view on the top right corner of your screen (pro tip: pin the instructor in speaker view to keep him front and center)

  • For this class, please have one set of light weights (3-10 lbs.) and one set of medium set of weights (10-25lbs.)
